We're SO incredibly excited to announce our new collaboration with Symplicity: Mushroom Truffle fermented pate!

We've admired Neil Rankin @frontlinechef and the team at Symplicity for a while - believing the plant-based market needs meat alternatives that are not ultra-processed and made from real, whole ingredients. So it's been an absolute pleasure for us to work on this product with them.

A completely zero waste product, we take the excess liquid from Symplicity’s mushroom & vegetable ferments, then combine it with a fermented cashew base, white truffle oil, fresh lemon juice, and a dash of maple syrup to balance. The result is a creamy, intensely umami, savoury pate-style product. Amazing as a dip/ spread too - right now we're loving it stirred through linguine topped with fresh parsley, and some cracked black pepper!
